A corporate class will help your worker to switch off and relax their mind as well as reenergize their body giving them a balance boost for the rest of the day. My class would be tailored made for your corporate environment taking into consideration the type of work undertaken by your employees.

The staff would benefit from the posture awareness that is promoted and will be able to utilize the principles in their workplace. Pilates is excellent in promoting wellness

We teach Pilates in the evening during the week in Sligo town, Longford town Boyle and Ballymote. As a freelance instructor in Sligo and the surrounding areas, it gives me the freedom to come to you in your company/workplace. I’m a fully qualified and fully insurance Pilates instructor with over 10 years teaching experience I have worked with all different types of people with different occupations from office workers who spent a lot of the time on the computer to factory workers who spend a lot of their days doing repetitive work. Yes absolutely you can, this is one of the many options offered to you by Sligo Pilates 

We are available to come to you 7 days a week. We cater for all shifts, including day and night shifts.

Loose clothing and water. You will need to bring your own mat. All other equipment is supplied.

Pilates is not a quick fix, but a longer term commitment brings great results! There are many factors to consider—different body types, genetics, stamina and previous injuries, so no one person is the same. You should notice small changes after a 6-8 weeks course, but as a general guide you should feel stronger and more flexible after 30 lessons.

Pilates exercises are a great compliment to a gym routine and to many sports such as golf, running, football, cycling, tennis, rowing, and horse-riding etc. Many top sports people are now making Pilates an integral part of their fitness regime to enhance their performance, improve their technique and keep their bodies strong, supple and injury free.
