Ive been doing classes with Catriona Walsh for years. I love them. She is a lovely person who knows her stuff and is always considerate of ones condition or form at the start of every class. We laugh a lot too so its definitely therapeutic! Thank you Catriona!
Deirdre
Sligo Pilates is a marvellous community of instructors and clients like myself, where my instructor, Caitriona, treats each person as an individual, and we feel valued and important. I have been attending classes for about 8 years and would love to continue.
